The artwork for each of my plush peeps is printed on certified organic cotton from Spoonflower. The rest of the materials are off the shelf crafty goods: fleece, felt, poly-fill, some sort of sewing thread, etc. While all of these ingredients are perfectly safe, each plush figure is still a decorative object and not intended for use by children under 3.
